I built crash recovery into every job and redesigned retry behavior with exponential backoff and jitter after an overnight outage. The platform’s availability is tracked at 99.9%, and I led a legacy migration that reduced support tickets by about 35%.
I also built an Azure AI Search tool for more than 60,000 insurance forms, cutting lookup time by about 80%, and an operations console that lets analysts resolve many tasks themselves. I mentor engineers through code reviews and design sessions.
