I’m a hands-on technician and freelancer with a background that spans automotive diagnostics and remote transcription work. I’m used to working independently, paying close attention to detail, and getting things done without being chased.

As an Auto Technician at Advanced Auto Diagnostics, I diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles—from light passenger cars to commercial trucks—using ECU scan tools and hands-on inspection. I work through engine, electrical, fuel, and transmission issues, especially on vehicles where previous repair attempts had failed, and I keep clear service records for every job.

I also handle the customer-facing side of the business: bookings, quotes, and follow-ups, plus walking customers through findings in plain language rather than workshop jargon. That balance of technical accuracy and clear communication is something I bring into every remote role.

In my freelance work as a Remote Transcriptionist, I transcribed audio and video into clean, formatted documents for interviews, podcasts, and instructional content. I handled varied accents and fast speakers without sacrificing accuracy, met client turnaround times, and delivered files formatted to client specs using MS Word and Google Docs.
