At RHK Properties, I write feature-level PRDs, BRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for a CRM built from scratch. I also specify integrations including UAE Pass, Entrust, and Dubai Land Department APIs, and own the product roadmap and backlog priorities.
I lead UAT alongside QA teams and run sprint planning and backlog grooming. Previously, at IT Roadway, I gathered requirements and facilitated sign-offs; at Homegrown, I created data-driven content strategies and dashboards and analyzed customer behavior.
