I'm currently part of the Design Lab at Apex Footwear Ltd., where I engineer new footwear designs into production-ready articles. I manage BOMs, raw-material requirements, cost optimization, gross-margin analysis, sample delivery, supplier communication, and commercialization readiness.
Previously at Omni Shoes Ltd., I led sample development and factory operations, planning material requirements, updating ERP records, sourcing locally, tracking production, and managing warehouse inventory. I also prepared VAT reports and supported quality control and production planning.
At The Shoes Bangladesh Ltd., I developed and tested footwear samples for H&M, LIDL, Deichmann, and Martes. I calculated material consumption, prepared BOMs and cutting guidelines with ICad3D+ and Adobe Illustrator, and created technical sheets, SOPs, patterns, logo screens, and production advice.
I enjoy understanding the complete journey of a shoe—from concept to the factory floor—and I’m always looking to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
