At Accenture, I support production RHEL and Oracle Linux servers, troubleshooting issues across filesystems, LVM, NFS, services, and server availability. I also perform end-to-end Linux patching, from pre-checks and updates through reboot and post-patch validation.
I support AWS EC2, OCI, and Azure operations, and investigate monitoring and security alerts using Zabbix, Checkmk, Sophos, CrowdStrike, and Qualys. I manage ServiceNow incidents, tasks, and changes, and provide technical findings for RCA and Problem activities.
