I’m looking for an Agile team where I can own end-to-end test automation—especially ServiceNow ITSM—by building resilient frameworks, improving CI/CD quality gates, and using AI to expand coverage while reducing flaky regressions.

I’m a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 4.6+ years of experience across web, mobile, API, and enterprise platforms. I specialize deeply in ServiceNow ITSM automation, and I enjoy building frameworks that make testing faster, more reliable, and easier to maintain.

At LETITBEX AI, I built an Appium mobile automation framework from scratch using Java and Selenium, designed with Page Object Model (POM) for scalability. I also optimized a slow UI automation suite by introducing Docker, Kubernetes, and parallel/distributed execution through CI/CD with Jenkins—reducing record creation from 5 working days to 4 minutes and overall completion to 6 hours (~85% improvement).

To reduce regression maintenance pain caused by frequent UI changes, I designed and implemented a Customized Healenium self-healing framework from scratch. This cut regression effort from 4 testers over 1 week to 2 testers completing fixes within 3 days (~80% reduction), while I leverage AI-powered tools daily to accelerate test coverage and early defect detection.
