Fadwa Lahmek

I’m an M1 graduate student in naval propulsion systems engineering, and I’m building my career around propulsion systems and marine engineering problem-solving. My internships have kept me close to real maritime environments, where I can connect theory to operational needs.

I’ve worked as a marine propulsion systems intern at Entreprise Portuaire d'Arzew and as a marine engineering and naval architecture intern at ERENAV, along with internship experience at Hyproc Shipping Company S.p.A. More recently, I’m a performance and data specialist at TESOL DZAIR, which strengthens my analytical approach to performance and data.

I also bring people and program leadership from my part-time roles at AIESEC, including International Relations Manager and Education Manager (Oran, Algeria). I value clear communication, structured teamwork, and continuous improvement—so I can contribute effectively to engineering teams and deliver results.
