Fadhlullahi Yiosese

I’m a Building graduate from the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMinna), with a strong interest in Construction Management, Project Management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

My industrial training at KSI Construction and Estate Developers from June to December 2025 gave me practical exposure to construction management and site operations, including site coordination and the transition of projects from planning and design to execution. I also gained valuable insight into large-scale project delivery through my visit to the construction site of the new teaching hospital in Minna.

My final-year research project, “Analysis of the Impact of Noise on Academic Productivity in Selected FUTMinna Lecture Halls,” strengthened my interest in the relationship between the built environment, project delivery, and human wellbeing.

I’m proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and ProtaStructure, and I completed Cohort 5.0 at Structural Academy, where I further developed my technical and structural analysis skills.

As I begin my professional career, I’m actively seeking graduate trainee and entry-level opportunities where I can contribute to real-world projects, develop my expertise, and grow within a professional construction, project management, or BIM-focused environment.
