What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to projects that combine technology, design, and usability, where I can keep improving my skills and turn data and user needs into accessible, intuitive, and efficient solutions.

At UERN's Information Technology Superintendency, I supported IT service requests, analyzed technology assets, and wrote tutorials for the SIGAA-UERN support system.

I've used Java, Python, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Excel, and Power BI to support technical operations and improve data-informed decision-making. My Computer Science background helps me translate processes, data, and user needs into functional solutions.

In personal and academic projects, I create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and dashboards. My AVIDA healthcare app concept improved basic-health-unit waiting times by 34%, while my supermarket dashboard surfaced sales, profit, seasonality, and customer insights.
