What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry role where I can combine upstream gas and pipeline field support with SCADA monitoring and production data analytics. I want to help optimize operations safely, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and grow in data-driven engineering improvements.

I’m a fourth year Oil and Gas Engineering student building hands-on expertise in upstream natural gas production, gas processing operations, and pipeline systems. In my field roles, I’ve supported safe operational execution and site coordination while monitoring plant performance through SCADA-based systems.

I’ve contributed to upstream operations at the Songosongo Gas Processing Plant—supporting dehydration units, de-carbonation systems, separators, and compression units—and strengthened production decision-making through production trend analysis and reservoir simulation exposure with Eclipse. I’ve also supported CNG production and distribution operations at the TPDC Mlimani City CNG Mother Plant, including compression, pressure regulation, valve inspections, and pipeline commissioning checks.

I pair field engineering with data-driven improvement: I work with production data analysis and data visualization (Power BI), query systems (SQL), and programming (Python), and I apply machine learning to production forecasting and optimization. I’m also actively involved in the SPE DMI Student Section as Membership Chairperson, and I focus on HSE implementation through Job Safety Analysis, risk assessments, and safety compliance.

Supported onshore oil and gas field activities, including active gas transmission pipeline operations such as pig receiving, pressure isolation, depressurization, and commissioning. Conducted site inspections and contributed to HSE processes using JSA/risk assessments, while assisting contractor coordination and reporting with Primavera P6.

Assisted onshore CNG mother plant operations at TPDC Mlimani City, supporting gas compression, pressure regulation, and distribution network management. Supported pipeline commissioning (cold/hot checks and integrity verification), monitored SCADA parameters in real time, and performed valve inspections and minor maintenance under supervision while ensuring HSE compliance.
