What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end production, lead teams, and deliver high-performing scripts and videos. I want a collaborative environment that values clear scheduling, strong budgeting, and executive-level communication.

I’m a producer and scriptwriter with hands-on experience supervising end-to-end workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production—including final video review for social media uploading. I’m used to managing up to three projects simultaneously while keeping schedules, budgeting, and deliverables on track.

At Happy Lab Indonesia (TikTok Producer | Scriptwriter), I supervise projects from start to finish, review daily content with the team, and lead budgeting and scheduling for teams of 20+ members. My work contributed to videos reaching over 1.000.000 viewers, while I also handled communication and reporting with executives.

Alongside production work, I’ve written and developed scripts across project-based roles—ranging from TikTok short drama content to SOP-driven safety/ethics instruction videos and micro-learning explainers.
