Participated in the front-end development of the Property Information System (PIS) for the Enugu State Internal Revenue Service. Trained inspection officers and zonal supervisors on using mobile and web applications for bill distribution and enforcement tasks. Also participated in FME workflow development for the Land Information System.

Participated in collecting, analyzing, and managing geographical data related to bus stops and transportation features. Contributed to the creation of the Lara-ng bus-stop web map app for automated directions and commercial transport fare charges.

Carried out Enumeration Area Demarcation Exercise for pre-census activities across 10 LGAs. Participated in designing and conducting GIS-based training sessions for staff and stakeholders. Contributed to the end-to-end testing of various Census Applications for data collection on Personal Digital Assistants.

Involved in development control and field/site monitoring using GIS location base-maps. Responsible for GIS location base-map production after various spatial analyses. Performed data capture of building plans and mapping out of satellite imagery.

Created location maps for site inspections and participated in transportation planning to reduce traffic by analyzing peak hour increases. Also participated in layout mapping of encroached houses that did not meet required setbacks to existing major roads.
