At Bank of Abyssinia, I test web, API, and mobile banking applications, identifying authentication, authorization, and business logic vulnerabilities that could enable unauthorized financial transactions. I report findings with risk ratings and remediation guidance.
As a PCI DSS Consultant for Arifpay, I guided its first PCI DSS v4.0 compliance program from scope definition to certification. I also designed a segregated network architecture and performed segmentation penetration tests to validate cardholder data environment isolation.
My earlier work includes securing AWS and Azure environments at Nedamco Ethiopia Cloud PLC and developing backend services and Flutter applications at BlueVibe System Solution. I’m completing an MSc in Computer and Network Security at Addis Ababa University, researching AI-assisted malware detection using hybrid CNN-RNN models.
