I'm seeking a remote legal, compliance or legal-operations role with a fintech, NBFC, SaaS or legal-tech business, or a legal-expert role in AI training and evaluation. I’m available full-time or on contract, with flexible UK/US time-zone hours.

At Shambhu Consultants, I handle litigation, recovery and advisory work across a portfolio of 1,000+ client matters. I work with MSMEs, corporates and individuals on commercial disputes, arbitration and recovery.

I act as outsourced in-house counsel for SME and manufacturing clients, advising on GST, company law, contract risk and payment disputes. I also explain legal risk to business leaders as clear, actionable decisions.

I redrafted a revenue-sharing property management agreement into a 23-clause framework with a transition schedule and annexures. I also introduced AI-assisted drafting and document review workflows that cut preparation time by about 40% on urgent client and court matters.

I use AI tools for legal research, drafting, document review and contract analysis, verifying every output. I train practising lawyers in AI workflows and am seeking remote legal, compliance or legal-operations work, or AI legal training and evaluation work.
