What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can partner with operations, own budgeting and profitability insights, strengthen tax and reporting controls, and improve processes—using ERP-based finance systems and clear documentation.

I’m a finance and accounting manager focused on turning reporting into decisions. I’ve led full-cycle finance and accounting, from budgeting and profitability analysis to headcount, financial report analysis, and day-to-day cash and reconciliation control.

In my current role as a PMA Depot Analyst Manager at Nippon Paint, I serve as a Finance Business Partner and oversee key performance work like profitability, headcount, and departmental budgets. I also manage operational finance for the Alam Sutera Depot, including sales & admin support, petty cash, HR matters, payroll, BPJS, inventory, and tax reporting (PPh 21 & PPh 23).

Previously, I set up company operations from zero and managed finance, accounting, admin, tax, and HR responsibilities end-to-end, including external audit coordination, tax audits, and Tax Court appeal. I also strengthen systems and controls using tools such as SAP (Fico/ERP), QuickBooks, Accurate, Oracle Finance, and AS400, alongside document control and SOP creation to support audit readiness and operational consistency.
