What I'm looking for

I am seeking transactional or commercial legal roles where I can apply cross-border financing experience, sharpen contract drafting skills, and grow within collaborative teams focused on complex deals.

I am an LLB law student with hands-on internship experience in corporate, commercial and financing transactions. I combine rigorous legal research with precise contract review and multilingual communication to support cross-border deals.

At Fasanara Capital I supported cross-border financing, reviewed and amended NDAs, conducted due diligence, and produced a concise Transaction Summary from over 1,500 pages of materials. I also proofread and sanity-checked deal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to execution.

During an earlier internship at Joksović, Stojanović & Partners I assisted with paralegal tasks in corporate and commercial law, reviewed documents in English and Serbian, conducted bilingual consistency checks, organised client files, and observed senior partner workflows.

I am a detail-oriented collaborator with native Belarusian and Russian, near-native English, and basic Polish and Serbian. I volunteer with animal welfare initiatives, participate actively in law and university societies, and hold Westlaw UK certificates.
