What I'm looking for
I have spent fifteen years in B2B sales and partnerships across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. At my best building programmes and tooling from scratch - partner architectures, sales workflow automation, and deal-intelligence infrastructure.
In my current role at Axon Ivy I designed the European partner programme from scratch (partner universe, tier economics, joint go-to-market motion) and built a deal-intelligence web application the team uses to research and qualify accounts. Alongside this I have built the partner enablement library including pitch decks, co-sell narratives, competitive positioning, and CEO engagement materials.
Before Axon Ivy I led the Customer Success team for DACH and Italy at Aklamio, where we kept 100 per cent of the staff through a tough industry period. Earlier I sold enterprise digital media in Sydney at Mobile Embrace with Coca-Cola, Hyundai, and Samsung among my accounts. And before that, almost six years in South-East Queensland property development at Peet and Stockland, running master-planned community sales from satellite offices.
I am a New Zealand citizen with full Australian work rights, currently based in Germany and relocating with my family to Brisbane in late 2026 where my parents already live.
