What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply Montessori and early childhood expertise, support inclusive classrooms, and grow in leadership while contributing to student development.

I am a dedicated early childhood educator with extensive experience as a teaching assistant and elementary school teacher, specializing in Montessori and classroom management. I have led lesson planning, supported curriculum development, coordinated school events, and contributed to student assessment and inclusive practices.

Throughout roles at multiple Ghanaian schools, I improved classroom environments, supported student services, and managed school resources while completing Montessori training and workshops in safeguarding, special needs inclusion, and classroom management.
