Ester Peter

I’m a motivated medical lab technician focused on supporting quality patient care through reliable laboratory testing, careful sample analysis, and accurate reporting. I’m driven by doing my work precisely and consistently so clinical teams can trust the results.

I’ve worked at Field Bugando Medical center as a Medical lab technician, where I was performing all laboratory tests. I also worked at Field Buzuruga Health center, performing all laboratory related activities, with a strong emphasis on getting lab processes done correctly and on time.

Through my Diploma in Medical laboratory at Singida college of health science and technology (completed 2022–2025), I completed course working and practical training in medical laboratory procedures. This training strengthened my practical understanding of lab workflows and the need for accuracy at every step.

My technical strengths include sample collection, specimen preparation, and laboratory testing, supported by medical laboratory procedures and accurate reporting. I also bring basic computer skills, plus soft skills like time management, communication, problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
