Essindun Monsia
@essindunmonsia
Animal Production Engineer with experience in KYC validation and community moderation, combining data accuracy with operational excellence.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Animal Production Engineer with a strong track record in both research-driven animal production and high-integrity digital operations. I bring analytical discipline, clear communication, and a commitment to compliance and confidentiality.
Since 2021, I’ve served as an official Senior Community Moderator & KYC Validator for Pi Network in Benin. I manage and moderate discussions across large online communities (Telegram, Discord, Facebook, etc.), conduct identity verification (KYC), and enforce community guidelines to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive, respectful environment for thousands of members.
As a Research Intern – Master 2 Animal Production, I designed and implemented an experimental setup with 25 Abomey-Calavi units (100 broilers total). I evaluated zootechnical performance (average daily gain, consumption rate, carcass yield, mortality), used Excel and R for statistical analysis, drafted a 42-page research paper, and defended it before a panel of judges.
Earlier, as a Farm Supervisor, I maintained order and hygiene in the work area, supported document preparation using Pack Office and GSuite, communicated clearly with employees to ensure continuity, and reported anomalies to the hierarchy. I now continue building expertise in animal production (milk and meat) while staying focused on quality control, operational accuracy, and continuous learning.
