What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable enterprise and AI-enabled product development, combining full-stack architecture, Agile delivery, DevOps, and engineering mentorship to solve meaningful business problems.

At Encora Innovation Labs, I lead development of AI-enabled government HR software for Neogov, supporting workforce management, hiring processes, and HR automation.

I build full-stack enterprise modules with .NET 8, Angular, and SQL Server, while architecting scalable systems, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining code quality through automated testing. I also integrate Claude and GitHub Copilot into development workflows to improve product capabilities and developer productivity.

Previously, I developed .NET Core, Vue.js, GraphQL, and Azure-based web applications at NTT Globals, including services using Service Bus, Functions, and Key Vault.

Across petroleum platforms and enterprise software teams, I've led architecture, sprint planning, delivery, technical reviews, and engineering mentorship. I'm an Azure-certified technical leader who enjoys translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
