What I'm looking for

I’m seeking ERP implementation/support or data analysis roles where I can apply SQL, Power BI, and process design, deliver user training, and improve operational efficiency within collaborative teams.

I am an ERP implementation and support specialist with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ERP projects and user training since 2016.

At 10510 Consulting and systems, SRL, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, maintain ERP environments, and develop and optimize SQL queries to provide actionable insights. I prioritize documentation and continuous improvement to boost system performance.

As a freelancer I supported mobile inventory applications, created reports for physical counts, relocations and audits, and designed processes, contracts, and reconciliation reports for sales operations. I also implemented CRM components and client analytics to improve customer management and reporting.

I work fluently in Spanish and English and hold a System Technician diploma and a Data Analyst Associate certification from DataCamp. I seek roles that combine ERP support, SQL/BI, and process design where I can train users and drive measurable operational improvements.
