I am an experienced Application Specialist and Trainer with a strong background in network infrastructure and cybersecurity. Currently, I work at Lightwave eHealthcare Services & Business Solutions, where I set up and maintain the Lightwave Health Information Management System (LHIMS) across various hospital facilities in Ghana. My role involves not only technical setup but also training hospital staff to ensure they can effectively utilize the system, providing them with the necessary support during and after implementation.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a Population and Housing Census Enumerator with the Ghana Statistical Service, where I honed my data collection and analysis skills. My journey in technology began with a BSc in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, complemented by various certifications in network security and machine learning. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare systems and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
