At ThoughtPalace, I coordinate and support research initiatives focused on mental wellness, productivity, and leadership development. I manage timelines and competing priorities while assisting with literature reviews and participant recruitment.

I also coordinate fieldwork logistics and administer research instruments and training interventions. I manage research data from entry and organization through quality assurance, maintaining accurate records and reporting systems.

At Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, I assisted with psychological assessments, case observation, and behavioral evaluations across outpatient and inpatient units. I maintained confidential clinical documentation and patient files in line with ethical standards.

My academic research project examines the impact of self-serving cognitive distortion on cyber aggression among undergraduates in Lagos State. I’m seeking to bring my coordination and organizational skills to an Executive Assistant role.
