Directed NSIC's enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI initiatives, leading contractor data science teams. Co-led the S9 Directorate in the absence of a CTIO, providing organizational leadership and strategic guidance.

Served as Acting Administrative Director for NSIC's Strategic Planning Directorate, leading an 8-member team responsible for planning, programming, budgeting, and execution. Directed workforce management initiatives and established partnership governance processes.

Led a 35-member military, civilian, and contractor workforce supporting the USSF Geospatial Space Situational Awareness Program. Managed a $10M budget as Government Task Manager and Subject Matter Expert on two contracts.

Led the functional collection team to manage critical intelligence requirements and integrated mission across 7 mission centers. Directed full-spectrum collection to optimize tasking of 10 satellites.

Led a 24-member team of Guardians and Airmen across four specialty codes and seven operational work centers. Supported 24/7 operations providing tailored national intelligence for five combatant commands and 41 government organizations.

Developed strategies to manage OPIR enterprise data and executed 24/7 DoD space and intelligence systems. Directed high demand, low density sensor allocation in support of 21 mission partners and acted as liaison to multiple combatant commands.

Managed launch and emergency operations for the Eastern Range supporting NASA, DoD, and commercial payloads. Updated training materials and certified mission-ready positions, increasing trainers by 40%.

Focal point for group staff administration while executing commander policies impacting spacelift operations. Managed Task Management Tool execution and support agreements with commercial and industry partners.

Led customer/safety interface for 15M square mile Eastern Range launch operation instrumentation assets. Held authority for failure of mandatory assets such as radar, telemetry, GPS, and command coverage.
