At ESCUCHARTE CONSULTORIO AUDIOLÓGICO Y PSICOLÓGICO, I provided language, speech, voice, myofunctional, and basic audiological interventions, as well as auditory-verbal therapy for children and adults. I also prepared treatment plans, monthly reports, evaluation reports, and progress notes.
At HOME CARE, I provided orofacial myofunctional intervention for an older adult with frontotemporal dementia and Parkinson’s, who faced progressive risk of dysphagia.
At CENTRO DE REHABILITACIÓN INTEGRAL CASIN, I worked temporarily with children, adolescents, and adults with ASD, Down syndrome, and speech disorders, using strategies for language, swallowing, and literacy.
My Universidad del Valle placements included screening and intervention for children ages 1 to 6, workshops for parents and teachers, and language, speech, and voice rehabilitation with pediatric and adult populations. I also taught group dance classes at ESCUELA DE BAILE SANDUNGUERA, with a focus on bachata.
