At Mollie, I assess merchant creditworthiness, monitor portfolio warning signs, and adjust credit limits, reserves, holds, and payouts to protect against losses. I also build risk reports and coordinate with Legal and Compliance on bankruptcy, bailiff claims, debt collection, AML, KYC, and PSD2-related cases.
Previously, at CA Auto Bank, I conducted financial and credit analysis for more than 15 clients daily using SAP, CRIF, and CERVED, producing reports that supported approval and rejection decisions. At Mediolanum Bank, I managed 30+ daily client interactions, identified cross-selling opportunities, and trained new colleagues across Italian, English, and German-speaking environments.
