At Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, I redesigned custom MSS Department Budget and Position Management applications, eliminating more than 20 major technical issues after launch. I also re-engineered the ePerformance data-loading process and created a dashboard with performance grids for employees, managers, and direct reports.
I optimized the PeopleSoft Total Rewards Extract from 13 hours to 15 minutes and built integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and systems including Nuvolo and Qualtrics. My work also included custom reporting and user-interface changes across Total Rewards pages.
Earlier, at PIMCO Investment Management/Allianz Asset Management, I developed HCM integrations and self-service transactions, including a PeopleSoft HCM and Concur integration. At Antelope Valley Hospital and City of Hope, I worked on PeopleSoft upgrades, implementations, infrastructure administration, and integrations with external platforms.
