What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead AWS platform reliability—owning Kubernetes/EKS deployments, Terraform IaC, observability, incident response, and cost governance—so teams ship faster with fewer failures and measurable uptime.

I build the cloud platform nobody thinks about until it breaks. I’ve spent ten years working deeply in AWS infrastructure—from early EC2 lift-and-shifts to fully automated, multi-region EKS deployments.

At Techinoxsystems, I lead a cloud platform team of 5 engineers owning production infrastructure for 2,200 enterprise tenants across 4 AWS regions. The platform runs at 99.99% uptime, with no unplanned production outage in 14 months.

I designed and deployed a multi-region EKS platform running 180 microservices, using automated canary deployments to cut failed releases from roughly 8 per quarter to under 1, while reducing deployment time from 45 minutes to 6 minutes. I rebuilt the stack in Terraform, migrating 600+ manually provisioned resources to versioned IaC with drift detection and automated compliance across 12 AWS accounts.

I also architected observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, reducing mean time to detection from 22 minutes to 3 minutes and mean time to resolution from 90 minutes to 18 minutes. On the cost and resilience side, I drove right-sizing and Spot Fleet initiatives saving $920k annually, and owned disaster recovery with cross-region RDS replication, S3 sync, and automated failover runbooks to achieve a tested RTO of 12 minutes.
