At SDAS Research Group, I organize and preprocess clinical, physiological, and medical-imaging datasets for reproducible research workflows in Python. I conduct exploratory analyses and quantitative comparisons of predictive approaches.

For my Child Malnutrition project, I analyzed pediatric anthropometric data, checking missing values, descriptive statistics, and relationships among variables. I developed a bilingual Streamlit dashboard with Plotly visualizations to explore distributions, correlations, and predictive-model metrics.

On a physiological time-series analysis project for anesthesia research, I prepared ECG, PPG, and oxygen-saturation data and applied feature engineering to a clinical prediction problem. I compared a feature-based LightGBM baseline with a recurrent model (CeGRU) and documented the evaluation.

As a final-year Biomedical Engineering student, I’m also a co-author of a peer-reviewed research article. I’m interested in contributing to data quality, clear reporting, and informed decision-making while developing my SQL and business intelligence skills.
