What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance clinically safe, trustworthy, and explainable healthcare AI through consultant-level evaluation, benchmark design, clinical governance, and real-world psychiatric reasoning.

I've delivered consultant psychiatric care at Aiséirí Treatment Centre in Ireland and Landesklinikum Mauer in Austria, managing complex addiction, detoxification, dual-diagnosis, and high-risk psychiatric presentations.

At Mercor, I design and evaluate frontier clinical AI benchmark environments. My work includes longitudinal psychiatric simulations, cross-document reasoning tasks, medication reconciliation, risk assessment, reasoning traps, and expert reference outputs for large language models.

I co-developed an HSE-compliant Benzodiazepine Withdrawal Protocol at Aiséirí and completed an Oxazepam alcohol-withdrawal audit at Landesklinikum Mauer that contributed to service improvements.

I'm also the author of Finding Purpose in the Middle of Addiction and developer of the Finding Purpose Method™, bringing psychiatry, psychotherapy, and purpose-centred recovery into long-term addiction care.

Led consultant psychiatric assessment and management for adults with complex substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric illnesses across residential addiction treatment services. Co-developed an HSE-compliant Benzodiazepine Withdrawal Protocol and led multidisciplinary case conferences.
