At Plantations Socfinaf Ghana Ltd., I lead 13 accounting and payroll professionals across month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and audits. I also serve as Company Secretary, supporting statutory filings and corporate records.
I've designed and built a finance-led management reporting platform with Next.js and PostgreSQL/Supabase, shifting reporting toward live management dashboards. I’ve also developed tools for supplier payments, fleet fuel consumption, workforce analytics, and duplicate-payment detection.
Previously at Amadeus Ghana, I managed full-cycle accounting and led financial-system implementations for eight travel management companies across Ghana and Nigeria. I translated finance requirements into system specifications, supported testing and go-lives, and strengthened client accounting workflows and controls.
