At Mofumahadi Manapo Mopeli Regional hospital, I assess and triage adult and paediatric emergency patients, prioritising care and escalation based on their clinical condition.

I interpret clinical histories, examination findings, laboratory results and imaging to support diagnosis and management decisions. I also document diagnoses and procedures in electronic and paper records for accurate ICD-10 coding.

In the medical ward, I cared for adults with chronic and acute conditions, reviewed care plans and medication charts, and educated patients and families about disease management and medication adherence.

I hold a Diploma in General Nursing, Psychology and Midwifery, with additional training in ICD-10 coding, NIMART, IMCI and basic life support. I’m seeking a remote corporate nursing role where I can apply my clinical judgement and coding knowledge to support appropriate, cost-effective care.
