Emmanuel Gabriel
@emmanuelgabriel2
I build resilient .NET payment, analytics, and enterprise identity systems.
What I'm looking for
I'm building payment processing infrastructure for First Bank of Nigeria and high-performance analytics and enterprise identity solutions at Norebase. I reduced dashboard API latency from roughly 300ms to 5ms by architecting a Debezium and ClickHouse CDC pipeline, and implemented SCIM synchronisation for three enterprise clients.
I've spent 7+ years delivering enterprise .NET systems across fintech, healthcare, and EdTech, including microservice migrations, serverless platforms, and secure EHR systems. As founder of Scalefort, I've also trained 50–100 developers while leading client delivery with the same focus on systems thinking, commercial reality, and production-ready engineering.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Building high-performance analytics infrastructure and enterprise identity solutions for Norebase's data platform and customer integration layer.
Core contributions:
→ Architected a real-time analytics pipeline using Change Data Capture (CDC) with Debezium and ClickHouse, replacing a CRUD-over-Postgres approach that could not scale. Result: dashboard API response time dropped from ~300ms to ~5ms
Building and maintaining mission-critical payment processing and transaction infrastructure for First Bank of Nigeria — one of West Africa's largest and oldest financial institutions.
Core contributions:
→ Designing, developing, and deploying server-side .NET applications that power client payment processing and transaction management across 3 subsidiaries and their mobile banking customer base.
Founded and scaled Scalefort from the ground up — a hybrid Tech School and IT Services company operating since 2020.
Training Division:
→ Designed and delivered structured software engineering curricula covering .NET, backend architecture, cloud, and modern dev practices
→ Trained 50–100 developers, a significant number of whom have gone on to professional engineering roles
→ Built a mentorship m
Led the migration of the monolithic ASP.NET MVC projects to microservices using .NET Core 6, Blazor and Grpc while managing Dapr Building Blocks; boosted performance and scalability while ensuring compliance with standards. Engineered the robust RESTful APIs for the Appointment Scheduling System using ASP.NET Web API, featuring availability checking, automated email/SMS reminders, and third-party
Engineered scalable backend solutions using C#, .NET Core 2.0, enhancing the reliability and scalability of enterprise applications. Developed a serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, achieving a significant 30% decrease in infrastructure costs while concurrently enhancing flexibility and scalability. Established comprehensive logging and monitoring using Serilog improving system observability
