I’m an AI Systems Architect focused on building production-grade agentic automation, middleware, and WhatsApp-native systems. I design stateful multi-agent decision loops using Evaluator-Executor patterns and self-correcting routing mechanisms that eliminate manual administrative load.
Over the past 15 months, I’ve architected custom Airtable CRM backends integrated with scalable Make.com and n8n orchestration pipelines. In my current role, I engineered and deployed a custom WhatsApp API Gateway with an Airtable CRM backend that scales to 340+ customer enquiries monthly with zero performance degradation—while cutting manual enquiry handling from 12 hours/week to 2.5 hours/week.
