Emir Molla

I’m an 18-year-old aspiring football coach and video/match analyst, focused on translating tactical work into clear, actionable feedback for players. I’m also in progress on my UEFA C coaching education, building my coaching foundation while staying deeply engaged in match and training analysis.

In my current role as a Volunteer Assistant Coach / Coaching Intern at BudaJuniorsFC, I support training sessions across U8–U16. I help with drill preparation and youth development session structure, provide individual technical corrections and positional guidance, and deliver post-session observations and feedback to the Head Coach.

I care about the details that shape performance and learning: communication standards, discipline, and the right training intensity during sessions. I also stay consistent with structured feedback so players understand what to improve and how to apply it next.

Alongside football, I’m studying Business Administration and Management at IBS Budapest, strengthening how I approach planning and continuous development. My goal is to keep growing as a coach and analyst—combining tactical analysis, video-driven insights, and youth coaching practice to help teams and players progress.
