I am an operations and research professional with hands-on experience coordinating clinical study activities, managing documentation, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency.

In my current role I execute participant screening, eligibility assessment, and clinical follow-ups while chairing the Quality Management System committee, maintaining SOP compliance, performing internal audits, and following up on CAPAs.

I have strengthened participant recruitment and retention through community engagement work and supported outreach initiatives, bringing clear communication and disciplined remote collaboration to every project.

I hold a BSc in Clinical Medicine & Community Health and certifications in Good Clinical Practice, Human Subjects Research Ethics, community engagement, and project management, and I work proficiently with REDCap, Castor EDC, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, EHR systems, Asana, and Trello.
