At RBK, I oversee the planning, execution and completion of statutory and charity audits. I conduct risk assessments, develop audit plans and communicate findings and recommendations for Board meetings.

I also supervise audit progress, resource allocation and audit quality, while maintaining communication between the team, partnership and clients. I coordinate training and coaching for new joiners and junior staff.

At PwC, I reviewed statutory and group financial statements and annual reports for compliance with IFRS. I supervised control testing, audit teams and risk assessment procedures, and contributed to audit strategies and budgets.

Earlier, I worked as an Audit Associate to Audit Senior at PwC, an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton - Camelsa Zimbabwe, and in finance roles at Central Africa Building Society (CABS). I'm a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) with external audit experience across industries in Ireland and Zimbabwe.
