What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in molecular biology, clinical research, or applied genomics where I can use both my laboratory and analytical skills.

At the Pasteur Institute, I conducted graduate thesis research on Streptococcus pyogenes strains isolated from fatal clinical cases in St. Petersburg. I assembled and quality-checked sequencing data, built SNP-based phylogenetic trees, and interpreted genomic patterns related to resistance mechanisms.

During my pre-diploma internship at the Pasteur Institute, I extracted genomic DNA from Klebsiella clinical isolates and prepared sequencing libraries using the Fragmentation Through Polymerization method under supervision. I also participated in whole-genome sequencing and initial analysis using the MGI platform.

At Volgograd State University, I contributed to research on drought-responsive genes, Alzheimer’s disease genetics, and petroleum-degrading bacteria. My work included functional annotation, PCR, 16S rRNA sequencing, and phylogenetic analysis.

I’m seeking opportunities in molecular biology, clinical research, or applied genomics where I can use both laboratory and analytical skills. My training includes bioengineering and bioinformatics, genomic data science, and hands-on molecular biology workflows.
