At Osmans Spice Works, I manage the creditors cycle for approximately 50 suppliers, processing about 100 invoices each week and preparing monthly supplier payments for director review and sign-off.
I produce Excel supplier, trend, performance, and MDS reports used by directors for oversight and cash flow decisions. I also investigate purchase order, goods received note, and invoice discrepancies, and reconcile supplier accounts.
I took ownership of the new MDS Collivery supplier process and engineered an automated workflow using Python, SQLite, and Excel for tracking, daily reconciliations, POD checks, and exception reporting.
Previously, I processed customer payments, reconciliations, credit notes, and debt collection at Ellies Electronics. At Carpet Purchasers, I handled supplier invoices, vendor queries, reconciliations, and payment preparation; I also craft client web applications as a freelance web developer.
