What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or strengthen security operations, security architecture, and incident-response capabilities, using SOC strategy, threat intelligence, and measurable performance improvement to reduce organizational risk.

I've led security operations at PASHA Holding, Accenture Cyber Fusion Center, International Bank of Azerbaijan, and Azintelecom, building and scaling SOC capabilities around SIEM, XDR, SOAR, incident response, and threat intelligence.

As a CSOM-certified SOC leader, I've defined SOC strategy, maturity programs aligned with NIST CSF and ISO standards, enterprise KPIs, and incident-response platforms. I also develop security architecture principles, guide teams through tabletop exercises, and improve detection capability, response speed, and operational efficiency.
