I've spent 20 years leading security, operations, and risk management in the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, including service with NATO's Resolute Support Mission.
As Security Chief and Company Commander in Afghanistan, I led multinational security operations, force protection activities, and security planning.
I directed command centre operations as Deputy Chief of the Combat Management Center, coordinating mission-critical communications, personnel, and operational readiness for organizations of up to 150 people.
My background also includes corps command and control, brigade radio communications, crisis response, critical infrastructure protection, and operational planning. I'm a former Captain with training from the Defense Language Institute, U.S. Army Signal School, and Turkish Air Force Language School.
