I am a QuickBooks-certified bookkeeper and experienced virtual assistant who specializes in bookkeeping for small businesses and real estate operations. I combine technical accounting skills with strong administrative support to keep businesses organized and financially accurate.

At Star Recycling I handled accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment tracking, settlement follow-ups, report generation, and collections, improving cash flow visibility. In prior roles I managed bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closings for a virtual accounting firm.

I also bring real estate virtual assistance experience—cold calling, negotiating, and supporting closing processes—alongside general VA duties such as scheduling, travel arrangements, calendar and email management, and file organization. I hold QBO ProAdvisor and Xero certifications.
