What I'm looking for

I’m building a research career at the interface of experimental neuroscience and computational modelling, and am developing Python, statistics, and machine-learning skills toward postgraduate study in neuroscience and computational neuroscience.

At Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), I led an ethics-approved undergraduate study of omega-3 fatty acids in scopolamine-induced rats. I managed the animal study and performed liver tissue processing, sectioning, and H&E staining.

As a Histopathology Research Intern at the Institute for Advanced Medical Research and Training (IAMRAT), College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, I handled tissue specimens and prepared stained sections for examination. I also supported immunohistochemistry runs and maintained specimen records.

At Solam Diagnostic and Clinic, I processed tissue specimens for routine diagnostic histopathology. I also supported research projects at BethWays Consultancy, and co-authored a forthcoming systems-dynamics modelling paper. I’m developing Python, statistics, and machine-learning skills toward postgraduate study in neuroscience and computational neuroscience.

Led a 4-member team in a 28-day controlled intervention study on 60 Wistar rats, testing dose-dependent hepatoprotection by dietary omega-3 against scopolamine-induced toxicity. Performed animal handling, tissue processing, H&E staining, and data analysis using one-way ANOVA with Tukey's HSD post-hoc test.
