As Manager of Finance and Administration, I’ve ensured day-to-day office operations, handled shipping of local and import-exports, and supported sales teams through monitoring budgets, forecasting financial needs, and producing weekly reports. I manage payroll and taxations, prepare financial and income statements, balance sheet, general journal and petty cash, and perform banking Data Analysis to maintain accurate records.

Earlier, I worked as a School Foundation’s Assistant Manager and later as a Finance and Administrative officer promoted to Supervisor, overseeing office operations, processing monthly transactions and financial reports, and managing invoices, letters, and recordkeeping for real estate listings. I work efficiently across multiple priorities, coordinate events and calendars, and focus on thorough, accurate execution every time.
