At Oromia Seed Enterprise, I built and maintained modules for an internal ERP system that tracks fleet operations and maintenance schedules. I worked across the backend and frontend, and also took on basic networking and infrastructure tasks.
On Ella AI Chatbot, I built a context-aware chatbot with persistent memory, user authentication, and third-party API integrations. Its RAG pipeline helps keep responses grounded.
I also trained an image-captioning pipeline to generate captions in Afaan Oromo, a language with very little existing NLP tooling. My internships at Oromia Seed Enterprise and Information Network Security Administration gave me experience with enterprise software and network infrastructure.
