Built multi-level automated testing (Unit, Component, and HIL) with GoogleTest and Docker, and implemented high-reliability CI/CD using Zuul, Jenkins, and Ansible.

Developed and maintained telecommunications software in C/C++ for VoIP solutions on RTOS platforms (e.g., VxWorks), implementing SIP, H.248, and MGCP protocols. Troubleshot and improved VoIP behavior using packet capture tools like Wireshark and delivered ongoing client software updates.
