I’m a factory packing and record-keeping professional dedicated to smooth, quality production. I work with a steady pace, remain calm under pressure, and focus on getting things done right.

In my current role at a Bata factory, I handle packing and record keeping to help ensure “smooth quality production.” I take pride in being dependable, working even when unsupervised, and maintaining accuracy through every shift.

I bring a strong personal work style—quick learner, determination and persistence, and the ability to work in harmony with co-work. When challenges come, I lean into continuous learning and commitment to keep improving results.

I also pursued a Diploma in chemical engineering and completed training in driving, which strengthened my discipline and readiness to handle practical responsibilities. Alongside work, I engage in kazi mtaani by other youths to help keep our environment clean.
