What I'm looking for

I am looking for roles where I can lead policy and accountability projects, mentor teams, engage stakeholders, and drive measurable governance and human-rights outcomes in a collaborative, impact-focused organization.

I am a lawyer, policy analyst, project manager, and advocacy specialist with over seven years of experience working with faith-based organizations, civil society organizations, and government institutions in Tanzania.

I have led and supported projects for local and international partners including USAID, Bread for the World, Norwegian Church Aid, Freedom House, PACT Tanzania, Open Society Initiative for East Africa, Tearfund, and Foundation for Civil Society, delivering strong results in project management, policy analysis, proposal writing and accountability initiatives.

My roles have included program officer, project coordinator, monitoring and evaluation officer, and assistant legal officer, where I have implemented civic literacy, election observation, transparency and governance, and health and nutrition projects across multiple regions.

I bring strengths in analytical thinking, report writing, stakeholder engagement, data quality assurance, capacity building, and bilingual communication in English and Swahili to drive impact and strengthen public service accountability.
