Prepare projects for larger video editing workflows in Adobe Premiere Pro, edit basecuts of interviews and narrative pieces, and manage project assets. Independently lead internal organization and archiving of all video assets, and create short-form motion social content.

Coordinate 3–5 concurrent post-production projects, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, track invoices, and serve as central point of communication across cross-functional teams.

Support editorial and finishing workflows across 1–2 concurrent commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency from ingest through final delivery. Assist in conforming, versioning, and delivering final assets across broadcast and digital platforms.

Edited 2+ video projects daily within structured production timelines, consistently meeting deadlines and quality standards. Managed assigned project queues independently and collaborated with copywriters and photographers to produce polished video assets.

Coordinated project workflows between agency art directors and internal teams, ensuring alignment across all stages of production. Managed multiple projects with 1–3 week turnaround timelines and edited an average of 4 video projects per week.

Provide on-set support and lock-ups, transport crew and equipment, and assist with set-up and take-down of equipment and catering.

Perform clerical tasks such as spreadsheet organization, production budget tracking, travel coordination, and coordination of information amongst Production Assistants. Create and submit PO tops, perform runs, and assist Producers and PMs as needed.
